Pat Munro Homes has recently been granted full Planning Permission for a further thirty new homes at Phases 3&4, Whitehills View (North) in Alness at The Highland Council North Committee.

The new homes were welcomed by the Committee Chair and received complimentary comments and reviews from the committee members, praising the application and in particular the high standard of the development and the house styles.

The next phases of delivery will be a range of 2,3- and 4-bedroom homes suitable for young families, growing families and those looking to downsize with an anticipated start date of November 2021. Each property will be carefully and exclusively designed with light and spacious interiors satisfying the demands of modern day living.

Hamish Little, Pat Munro Homes Development Manager said:

The new housing builds on the success of Newfield North and Whitehills View Phases 1 and 2, bringing much needed family homes to the ever growing and successful village of Alness.

Pat Munro Homes continue to be committed to developing smaller settlements across the Highlands and in doing so, aims to improve rural economies and build sustainable communities for future generations.
