The Help to Buy Small Developers Scheme is not running out for smaller house builders like Pat Munro so you can still buy your dream home with us and pay only a 5% deposit up to March 2016.

This scheme will only be available to smaller home developers like Pat Munro with the main scheme for large developers running out at midnight on 26th May 2015!
