As a result of recent developments and guidance in relation to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended all non-critical activities with effect from today, Tuesday 24th March 2020, in order to ensure we are not jeopardising the health of our team, their families and the wider communities that we serve. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our customers but are sure you will appreciate the need for us to take this course of action given these unprecedented circumstances.
This suspension is being kept under constant review based upon the information available to us, but the overall length of this closure remains unknown. Further updates will follow when available.

- Heating or hot water
- There is a security issue where the doors or windows won’t open or lock
- You have no electricity to your home (except in the event of a power cut, when your utility provider should be your first contact)
- Your home has blocked drainage
The appropriate assistance will be provided.
