First Home Fund Scheme

We have some EXCITING NEWS for FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS.

The Scottish Government have launched a new First Home Fund which is going to be unlike any other previously offered.

The First Home Fund aims to help first-time home buyers purchase a property with up to £25,000 is available towards the purchase of their first home. Unlike the Help to Buy scheme, this fund has NO price cap on the property.

So if you know anyone who has been looking to buy their first home, but has found the finance to be too onerous or they’re struggling to find a decent deposit, then share our page with them and we will give out more details as they arrive, whether they are planning a Pat Munro Home or not.
