Hamish Little – Head of Department
With over 25 years’ experience in the housing industry at all levels, Hamish is proud to be the Head of Pat Munro Homes and is instrumental in establishing the company as one of the leading house builders in the Highlands. Hamish’s day to day role is to ensure our developments evolve along with the ever increasing demands of changing regulations and the needs of our potential clients by way of discussions with Scottish ministers, planners, building control officers, NHBC representatives and suppliers. In addition Hamish ensures our designs and specification keep up to date with changing regulations and is always open to discussing land acquisition to secure our growth. Staying one step ahead is key to ensuring our houses remain energy efficient and sustainable and Hamish is looking forward to leading his team ahead in building homes in the Highlands for future generations.
Debbie Johnston – Customer Manager
Debbie joined Pat Munro Homes in 2015 with over a decade of experience in new house building both on developments and in the bespoke industry. As the first point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to handover and beyond she regards it as a privilege to be part of what is undoubtedly one of the most important decisions we make as individuals. Purchasing or designing your new home is not something you do every day so where advice and guidance is needed, she is happy to answer any questions you may have to make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
John MacGregor – Senior Architectural Technician
With 17 years of experience in commercial architecture and bespoke house design, John’s appointment in early 2016 brought a wealth of technical design knowledge to the company. One of John’s principal roles is working with clients to bring their ideas to life in creating Signature Homes and he very much enjoys seeing the designs evolve and progress to become much loved family homes. In addition, John is an accredited energy assessor, ensuring in this ever changing renewables market we find a balance between energy efficiency and value for money.
