COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

In light of the recent developments with Covid-19 (Coronavirus), Pat Munro Homes have – in line with the UK and Scottish Governments’ guidance – taken the decision to suspend all non-essential snagging works until further notice.
This is so that we can, as far as is practicable, ensure we don’t contribute to the spread of Covid-19 into and/or out of your household. It is still our intention to attend to emergency situations, with these being as noted below:-
- Your home is without heating or hot water.
- There is a security issue where the doors or windows won’t open or lock.
- You have no electricity to your home (except in the event of a power cut, when your utility provider should be your first contact).
- Your home has blocked drainage.
During the hours of 0900 and 1700 hours all emergency all calls should be made as normal to 01349 800019 and out with normal working hours to 01349 880999.
Please be assured that any non-emergency items of snagging will be logged and responded to as soon as practically possible.
