Emergency Contact (out with normal office hours)
In the event of an emergency out with these times please call our out of hours number 01349 800999 where a representative of Pat Munro Homes will be on hand to take your call. This land line number will be diverted to a mobile so there may be a short delay in the transfer. If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note we classify an emergency as one of the following:
- Security issue where doors won’t lock or open
- No electricity to property
- Drainage backing up into toilet
- Leak to either plumbing or heating system
- Faults in heating system
Alternatively, if the issue is not classed as an emergency, please email us at customercare@patmunrohomes.co.uk or call us during normal working hours. We will be happy to deal with snagging issues in line with our snagging procedures, as highlighted in our handover manual in line with the NHBC standards.
If you smell gas or think there’s gas leak
Open all doors and windows to ventilate the property
Do not turn on / off any electrical switches
Extinguish all naked flames, do not smoke, strike matches or do anything which could cause ignition
Turn off the gas at the emergency control valve by the gas meter
Call the National Gas Emergency Number 0800 111 999
