Hamish Little – Development Manager
With almost 30 years’ experience in the housing industry at all levels, Hamish is proud to manage the Pat Munro Homes team and has been instrumental in establishing the company as one of the leading house builders in the Highlands since his appointment in 2012. Hamish’s day to day role is to ensure our developments evolve along with the ever increasing demands of changing regulations and the needs of our potential clients by way of discussions with Scottish ministers, planners, building control officers, NHBC representatives and suppliers. In addition, Hamish ensures our designs and specification keep up to date with changing regulations and is always open to discussing land acquisition to secure our growth. Staying one step ahead is key to ensuring our houses remain energy efficient and sustainable and Hamish is looking forward to leading his team ahead in building homes in the Highlands for future generations.
Debbie Johnston – Customer Manager
Debbie joined Pat Munro Homes in 2015 with over a decade of experience in new house building both on developments and in the bespoke industry. As the first point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to handover and beyond, she regards it as a privilege to be part of what is undoubtedly one of the most important decisions we make as individuals. Purchasing or designing your new home is not something you do every day so where advice and guidance is needed, she is happy to answer any questions you may have to make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
