Pat Munro Homes are very proud to announce that John Mathewson, Site Manager at their Newfield North Development in Alness, has been recognised by NHBC with a Pride in the Job Award 2017.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards have categories for smaller, medium, large and multi-storey builders and – with more than 16,000 site managers competing – this year’s Quality Award winners were hand-picked for achieving the highest standards across the industry.  As well as undergoing spot checks on the day to day running of their sites, each site manager is assessed across 37 areas of site management, including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they have in place.

Together with a team of skilled tradesmen and other management personnel, John has worked hard to ensure the successful delivery of high quality standards through all aspects and stages of the construction process.

Hamish Little, Head of Pat Munro Homes said: “Having been with Pat Munro for 3½ years, this award is well-deserved recognition for the hard work, dedication and commitment of John – and the rest of his team.  This is a visible demonstration of Pat Munro’s overall commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and we are extremely proud of the manner in which the team have embraced the business’s ethos in striving for excellence”.
